Nestled in DP World’s National Industries Park (NIP), Zarberg is set to develop one of the most sophisticated furniture manufacturing hubs in the Gulf with an investment of AED 120 million. This hub is tailored to bolster the region’s rapidly expanding real estate sector.
Spanning 65,000 square meters, the facility’s initial phase will take up 18,000 square meters, accommodating production, administration, and a specialized showroom. The subsequent phases are anticipated to roll out by 2028, aligned with the rising demands across the UAE and the broader GCC.
Once operational, Zarberg aims to deliver furniture for up to 40 fully furnished apartments every day. The first phase will create approximately 150 jobs, with more opportunities emerging as production capacity grows. The facility will produce tailored kitchens, wardrobes, living room pieces, and bathroom vanities, adhering to European standards and utilizing high-quality raw materials.
A standout feature of this innovative hub will be its automated Industry 4.0 production line, enabling clients to customize furniture according to design, material, and finish. This cutting-edge technology aims to enhance efficiency, halve production times, and maintain quality consistency at scale.
Echoing Dubai’s commitment to sustainable industrial practices, the facility will incorporate rooftop solar panels, energy-efficient machinery, and advanced air filtration systems. Internal logistics and warehouse operations will utilize electric service vehicles, while all timber materials will be sourced from certified forests to ensure responsible and traceable supply chains.
This project significantly boosts Dubai’s manufacturing scene amid ongoing developments in residential, office, and hospitality sectors. With the growing demand for high-quality, personalized furniture, Zarberg's new facility establishes NIP as a pivotal hub for next-generation manufacturing in the region.
