Tragic Death of Russian Fitness Influencer After Extreme Calorie Challenge

Dmitry Nuyanzin, a 30-year-old Russian fitness trainer and social media personality, sadly passed away after participating in a 10,000-calorie junk food challenge. Hailing from Orenburg, Nuyanzin aimed to motivate his followers toward weight loss by showcasing his own dramatic transformation.

During the challenge, he consumed an astonishing daily calorie count, indulging in pastries for breakfast, 800 grams of dumplings with mayonnaise for lunch, and a burger with two pizzas for dinner. Nuyanzin frequently updated his audience about his weight gain, with his last post documenting a peak weight of 105 kg after an increase of at least 13 kg within a month.

Concerned about his health, he canceled training sessions a day prior to his untimely death, informing friends of his illness and intentions to consult a physician. Unfortunately, he passed away in his sleep from heart failure while pursuing this risky challenge.

A graduate from Orenburg Olympic Reserve School and National Fitness University in St. Petersburg, Nuyanzin boasted over ten years of experience in coaching elite athletes and had amassed a significant online presence.
