Nadeen Ayoub Celebrates Palestinian Heritage at Miss Universe

As Nadeen Ayoub took to the stage of Miss Universe, she embodied more than just a contestant—she was a messenger of Palestinian heritage. Her elegant ivory gown, richly embellished with golden-green embroidery, highlighted the traditional art of tatreez, a craft cherished by generations of Palestinian women. At 24, Ayoub is not only the first Palestinian contestant in the history of Miss Universe but also a dynamic individual splitting her life between Ramallah and Dubai after living in Palestine, the US, and Canada. Beyond her pageant endeavors, Ayoub has an impressive record, having ranked in the top five at Miss Earth 2022. Professionally, she serves as a health instructor and psychology educator and founded the Olive Green Academy, which nurtures Palestinian women’s sustainable, eco-friendly ventures. Through her philanthropic platform, Sayidat Falasteen, she amplifies the efforts of women’s organizations making strides in her community.
