South African captain Faf du Plessis has decided to focus his energies on the Pakistan Super League, while West Indies all-rounder Andre Russell has chosen to take a coaching role with the Kolkata Knight Riders instead of participating as a player. While Maxwell may be stepping away from the IPL, his exceptional contributions will not be forgotten.
