Kremlin confirms no upcoming Putin-Trump call or US envoy visit, indicating stalled US-Russia diplom
The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has forged a partnership with the Jebel Ali Free Zone Authority to enhance regulatory coherence in compliance with Law No. (4) of 2021 overseeing roads in Dubai.
This agreement focuses on upgrading road safety measures, improving service standards throughout the road network, and ensuring that all development initiatives adhere to accredited regulations and superior quality benchmarks in the emirate.
The signing took place with Hussain Al Banna, CEO of the Traffic & Roads Agency at RTA, and Abdulla Al Hashmi, COO of Parks & Zones at DP World GCC representing JAFZA.
According to Hussain Al Banna, the RTA is committed to advancing road infrastructure within the designated routes, including various development and free zones, to preserve Dubai’s urban character while enhancing collaboration among key parties.
He noted that this agreement establishes a cohesive framework for planning and execution, ensuring improved management of road infrastructure and ancillary facilities.
Abdulla Al Hashmi remarked that this collaboration underscores Dubai's commitment to attaining high standards of road safety and operational efficiency, with DP World dedicated to aligning its development projects with sanctioned regulations to promote sustainable infrastructure and economic growth.
RTA has previously signed similar agreements with significant developers and free zones throughout Dubai to ensure synchronized road planning and sustainable development.
