NMDC Energy PJSC enjoyed a strong first nine months of 2025, reporting a 33% year‑on‑year rise in revenue to AED13.0 billion and a 5% uptick in net profit to AED951 million. The results reflect steady execution across its project portfolio and resilient operational delivery.
The company closed September with a project backlog of AED45.6 billion, while its wider project pipeline expanded to AED61.4 billion — a sign of sustained demand both at home and abroad.
During the period NMDC Energy won several headline contracts, most notably an AED9.7 billion offshore EPC award in the UAE and an AED4.2 billion contract in Taiwan. International work accounted for 31% of the company’s revenue through the first nine months, underscoring the firm’s growing overseas reach.
On the ground, NMDC marked the first steel cut at its new 400,000 sqm fabrication yard in Ras Al Khair, Saudi Arabia. The facility, fitted with modern automation and digital systems, has an annual fabrication capacity of 40,000 tonnes and will provide fabrication, rigging, maintenance and modularisation services for complex energy projects.
For the first time the company received an MSCI ESG Rating of “A,” reflecting its efforts to align growth with environmental, social and governance best practices.
With robust financials, an expanding project roster and a clear ESG signal, NMDC Energy is positioned to deepen its leadership in the Middle East while pursuing further international opportunities.
