The 2026 edition of the Middle Eastern Alliance for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition Congress (MEAPEN 2026) commenced on June 4 in Dubai. This pivotal gathering unites healthcare leaders, academics, and specialists from around the world to explore the cutting-edge of clinical nutrition and patient-focused healthcare.
Taking place over two days, June 4 and 5, at the InterContinental Hotel Festival City Dubai, the congress has drawn over 500 healthcare professionals from more than 15 countries. Attendees can engage with over 70 speakers during 17 scientific sessions focused on evidence-driven clinical nutrition, interdisciplinary healthcare practices, and innovations in medicine.
During the inaugural ceremony, Sheikha Shamsa bint Hasher Al Maktoum, a member of the UAE Volleyball Association, underscored the increasing significance of clinical nutrition in contemporary healthcare. She also recognized Dubai and the UAE’s emerging role as prime global hubs for healthcare innovation, scientific discourse, and international medical cooperation. Following her speech, she toured the exhibition and met with various representatives from participating companies.
Organized by INDEX Conferences and Exhibitions, part of INDEX Holding, this congress collaborates with the Emirates Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition Society (UAESPEN) under the Emirates Medical Association's framework.
